1. Free Tier Evaluation
We encourage all creators to evaluate AGITube Flow Automator through our Daily Free Tier (30 generations per day) before committing to the one-time Lifetime License. This ensures full compatibility with your operating system, browser configuration, and workflow requirements.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds on the one-time $10 USD Lifetime License may be issued within 14 days of purchase if ALL of the following criteria are satisfied:
- The extension experiences an unresolvable technical bug, crash, or failure to communicate with the supported Chromium browser.
- You have contacted our technical support team at
agitubeautomator@gmail.comwith details of the error. - Our engineering team has been unable to provide a functional patch or resolution within 5 business days of your report.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:
- Change of mind after generating substantial volumes of images or videos with the unlocked lifetime license.
- Temporary outages, rate limits, or account restrictions imposed directly by Google Flow on your personal Google account.
- Incompatibility with non-Chromium browsers (e.g. Safari, Firefox Mobile).
- Purchases made through unauthorized third-party resellers or fraudulent sources.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please send an email to agitubeautomator@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Request - [Your Order ID]" and include:
- The email address used during Dodo Payments checkout.
- Your License Key.
- A brief explanation or screenshot of the technical error encountered.
5. Friendly Resolution & Chargebacks
If you experience any issue with your purchase, please contact us directly first. Initiating a bank chargeback or dispute without contacting support triggers automatic and permanent blacklisting of the associated license key and may cause payment processor delays. Our team resolves support tickets rapidly and cooperatively.
