We believe in strict data minimization. Depending on how you interact with AGITube, we only collect the absolute minimum data required to deliver the service:
- License Verification Data: When you purchase or activate a Lifetime License, our licensing service stores your email address, assigned license key, and the date of activation.
- Daily Free Quota Counters: To administer the 30 free daily generations, we maintain an anonymous numerical counter linked to an anonymous client-side identifier.
- Support Communications: If you contact us via email (
agitubeautomator@gmail.com), we retain your email correspondence solely to provide technical support.
2. What We Never Access or Collect
- Creative Content: Your text prompts, image inputs, reference images, and downloaded video files remain strictly within your local browser environment.
- Google Account Credentials: The extension operates inside your browser tab using your existing Google Flow session. We never see or store your Google password, session cookies, or tokens.
- Financial Information: Payment processing is handled by our merchant of record, Dodo Payments. We never receive or store your credit card or banking details.
3. How We Use Information
Information collected is strictly utilized to:
- Validate software license authenticity and unlock unlimited generation features.
- Calculate and reset fair daily free trial usage every 24 hours.
- Provide technical assistance, bug resolution, and customer service.
- Prevent malicious software cracking, abuse, or unauthorized license redistribution.
4. Third-Party Service Providers
We work with trusted industry providers for infrastructure and payment processing:
- Dodo Payments: Handles secure transactions, PCI-compliant payment gateways, tax calculation, and invoicing.
- Google Cloud Platform: Hosts our secure Cloud Run backend service responsible for license validation API checks.
5. Local Data Storage & Extension Permissions
The extension utilizes chrome.storage.local to save your user settings (e.g. preferred aspect ratio, chosen model, UI language preference, and license key). This data resides solely on your computer and can be cleared at any time by uninstalling the extension or clearing extension data.
6. Your Data Rights
Under applicable international privacy regulations (including GDPR and CCPA), you have the right to:
- Request a copy of any personal information associated with your license key.
- Request the permanent deletion of your customer record and email from our licensing database.
